FOCUS
Focus is an interdisciplinary course which helps the students develop fundamental academic skills along with habits to be resourceful individuals who are thoughtful citizens of the world. As each learner is provided access to essential concepts and meaningful learning experiences in the core academic content areas, Focus helps students utilize 21st century skills, preparing them to lead productive, satisfying lives. In addition to working towards uncovering the four school-wide objectives and the guiding questions, teaching and learning in Focus will engage learners in learning and innovation skills; information, media and technology skills; and life and career skills.
